Micrographics' Managing Director, Jim Craig, will be presenting "Fixity, the Problem and the Solution" at the October 13th meeting of ARMA Orlando. Mr. Craig, along with Michael Brooks, will discuss the challenges of migrating microfilm to electronic media for the storage of archival materials. The primary topic of the seminar is The Library of Congress's guidelines and recommendations for the long term storage of ‘permanent’ records. Jim Craig and Michael Brooks will address the root concerns defined by The Library of Congress and discuss the easiest and least expensive recommended option.
